Dietary supplements are an excellent means to regain health and energy. Balant Kadha is the ultimate care for the mother. It is an Ayurvedic supplement to provide adequate postpartum nourishment.
 

This kadha should be taken from the eleventh day after delivery.

Key Ingredients

• Sonth (Zingiber officinale): It combats post-delivery weakness and helps to regain strength, energy and stamina.
• Chirayata (Swartia chirata): It is useful in constipation, upset stomach, loss of appetite, skin diseases etc.
• Kutki (Picrorhiza kurroa): It has anti-inflammatory and digestive properties.

Indications

Helps to relieve complications that occur after delivery like constipation, body ache, backache etc. Give all types of nutrition to infants through mother’s milk.

Dosage

2 to 4 teaspoonful after meals twice a day with equal quantity of
water or as advised by the physician.
